When i was in college, i went to a fortune teller. Granted, i've done that more than once in my life; it's fun to see what people predict, just like reading your horoscope.
i took what this woman told me and remembered it for 20 years. As life progressed and realities sunk in, i seriously questioned what she said. i even wondered if it would happen in non-traditional ways. Yet, for some unknown reason - hope? curiosity? - i held onto what this woman, in particular, said. i never completely ruled out the possibility that she *could* see my future and that it would one day manifest.
Today Reinar and i found ourselves one step closer to that prediction coming true. If it's a bit off, that'd be alright too... but just the thought of today's discovery was amazing, overwhelming, heart-warming, worrisome and glorious. Wow, who wudda thunk!?
Apparently, Doodle thought that all along. LOL Leave it to Boy Wonder to pull something seemingly out of thin air, with SUCH confidence, and end up hitting the bullseye.
Yep, life is full of ups and downs. i'd LOVE to leave behind all the downs and downers. But omg how amazing the ups truly are. i hope Life never ceases to surprise and delight me!
